This hotel is located near the commercial area of Genoa, in a shopping neighbourhood and within a few blocks of the grand square "Piazza De Ferrari". The Nuovo is 250 metres from the century Royal Palace Museum and merely 1.5 km from the Porto Antico.

Guests will also enjoy proximity to Ligurian Sea, which is 750 metres away. There is the tall stone Lighthouse of Genoa about 2 km away, while Baltour bus station is just around the corner from this accommodation.
